Stargate SG-Λ (SG-Lambda) is a webcomic I did 2-3 years ago to parody some aspects of one of my favorite TV series’, the Science Fiction series Stargate. Due to lack of knowledge with everything I was doing online back then, the lack of advertisement and the annoyance of publishing it on a manually edited webpage meant the comic was declared dead after only 7 strips. I’ve gotten some good feedback from various people both today and when mentioning the series in passing earlier, and with this site now providing a platform and network to distribute it on I thought it would be fun to resurrect it.

My drawing skills aren’t the greatest and I like how I did the original series, so I’ll continue using the same characters (and expanding to the Atlantis universe and the Universe…universe when that series starts). I won’t set any specific dates for when I’ll release new comics and it might be a long time between each, but I’ll at least try to keep it alive. To make that easier I’m going to try to keep them all in one image VS several for the older stories. I’ll post entries to the blog linking directly to the Stargate SG-Λ page when new strips are out (you can also find this link in the top navigation bar) so it’s a bit more visible, and hide all the old strips under the strip title for all strips other than the most recent one (as I’ve done with the original strips now).

Enjoy the comic and if you like it, spread the word. The comic’s continuing existence depends on people actually reading it (which I can see in Google Analytics) so spread the word if you find it worthy.
