TANK007 TK-703 flashlight review
Today I got a new single AAA flashlight, a rather cheap little thing from DealExtreme. At $11 shipped it’s definitely on the cheap side, and it actually performs very well.
The TK-703 from TANK007 (so this is what happens when you make up brand names when drunk) is a very cheap single AAA flashlight at only a little under $11 shipped from Dealextreme. It has a clicky on/off switch which is very nice and not very common on a single AAA light, and it’s also single mode which I find preferable to a multi mode light. What I don’t like is the ting, which is more cool compared to the natural warm tint on my iTP A3 EOS. That means everything looks artifically lit and has a blue-ish tint to it, which the A3 looks more like sunlight. In the end that is what will make this a desk light and not replace the iTP A3.
Tint difference:
Same settings on the camera, white balance set to sunlight. The TK-703 has a noticeable blue tint that makes everything look more artifically lit, but it’s also stronger
